I've been out 3 times this spring twice on Lake Erie and on in the Niagara River. I happend to pick 3 of the worst days to go out. The winds were extremely bad which forced me to stay on the trolling motor the whole time each day for a total of 16hrs use at 80-90 thrust. After the 3rd outing I decided to use the Bluetooth app to see what my battery percentage was at. The battery was still at 57 percent. I have had zero issues with this battery and no longer worry about having enough power to get through the day. I admit it was hard to spend the money but I would not hesitate to do it again. Also before buying the battery I called the company to ask some questions on which battery to purchase. The gentleman was very helpful and we spent about 15 minutes talking. He answered my questions and went on to explain how the battery was made and ensured me I would be extremely happy. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PEOPLE AND A GREAT BATTERY

The old charger didn’t work. I called CS and spoke to Oliver. He talked me through the procedure, just in case it was operator error. It wasn’t, he mailed out the new charger that day, had it in 2days back on the water for the weekend.
Very happy with the battery, new charger and the personal customer service.
