Great customer service. Replace both the battery and charger. Seems the battery went to sleep and could not wake it up. Great company to deal with

The old charger didn’t work. I called CS and spoke to Oliver. He talked me through the procedure, just in case it was operator error. It wasn’t, he mailed out the new charger that day, had it in 2days back on the water for the weekend.
Very happy with the battery, new charger and the personal customer service.

Had the charger installed this week, my new 36v lithium trolling motor battery was at 50%, plugged into shore power last night, came back to the boat this morning and it was at 100%. So far, so good. Product appears to be high quality and the price is very competitive.

Absolutely great service

I was having some problems with my lithium battery charger so I called Astro Lithium. They said they had some problems with the “yellow” charger and sent me a new one that same day-no charge! What great customer service!

I have been fortunate enough to be gifted an Astro lithium 36v 100ah battery that is amazing on my Ultrex troll motor.😁
I was so pleased with it that I purchased a 12v 54ah to run my two 12” Garmins with PanOptix and I will tell you I was not at all surprised with the quality and functionality of this battery either. 😁
I the purchased a two bank 12v/36v charger and it worked perfectly till it didn’t. 😫
Got on the phone and visited with Larry and I do believe the customer service is even better than the products.
No hassle , no problem.
He is shipping me a new replacement charger and gave me great direction on what to do.
Amazing customer relations.
I’ll only buy Astro !!!!

Recently purchased a 36 volt lithium and 2 -12 volt wet cell 3 bank charger from Astro First off when i call after hours a gentleman took my call and answered all my questions. My charger was shipped right away!! The thing is VERY heavy duty!! Wired it up inside my boat's console. So far so good!!!

I received the charger sooner than expected, which is unusual these days. So far charger is working as expected. The construction is robust and I expect to have many years of service.

Have had 36 volt for over 8 months with incredible performance. Can not believe how little batter discharges after 10 hrs on the water.

We are extremely happy with our 36V lithium battery. It is an excellent product.
